Guarantee for ALL NETg Products

The following guarantee applies to ALL NETg courses once the course has been opened, accessed and/or installed.
Guarantee: If a CD accompanies this training, the CD itself is warranted for a period of 30 days against physical defects. If the CD is defective and does not function properly as a result, it will be replaced free of charge if reported and verified within 30 days from the date of delivery. No other warranties apply.

Guarantee for Keimos Certification Courses

The following guarantee only applies to NETg courses for certification. The certification courses covered by this guarantee include but are not limited to: MCSE, MCP, MCSD, MOS, CNE, Novell CIP, CNA, Cisco, A+, Network+, Lotus and Oracle.
Guarantee: Keimos training is covered by a 90-day certification warranty once the course package has been opened and/or installed, or has been accessed through the Internet. If you fail the same exam covered by NETg training on two (2) attempts within 90 days [five (5) days must elapse between first and second attempt] and fax in your results, a refund will be issued for second exam fee. This guarantee is only valid if Keimos IT Training Services has received a printout or email of the course mastery test at 85% pass mark or better, taken a minimum of seven days prior to sitting your first exam. No other warranties apply.
